In brief:

• A ministry base.
• A home.
• Musicians, singers, intercessors, teachers, passionaries.
• Conga drums.
• New guitar.
• More regular supporters who can fund the ministry.

At present I am looking for full time work as our finances are stretched to a degree of having to do something urgently to bring the bank account back into credit. We have spent three years trying to stand our ground in expectant provision but have used up all our natural spare funds and now, as there is little support coming in have to find secular work to build up funds for the prayer room, ministry events and our basic needs. We still believe God is an excellent shepherd of our lives.

Paul in the New Testament worked at tent making to appease the church at that time who had no faith to give to those called into full time ministry. It was because of the weakness of the church that Paul worked in alternative activity. We have been called to full time work and that is where the stretch is. But we will do what we have to UNTIL the support comes in. Then we will get right back into becoming what God has planned - an equipping centre, a fully running prayer and worship house and a forerunner base training young hearts to be prepared as messengers for the coming of Jesus and as runners into the harvest field.

It is an interesting one. Abraham was asked to journey from a place of being settled. First, faith was nurtured as primary produce from his life. But promises way beyond his dreams were to be fulfilled through a life given over to God.

Our needs are many. The house where we are living is up for sale. It is owned by Shirley's (my wife's) mother. We have been using it as a base. At present we don't know where we will be living next. But we do need a building for a base because of the nature of the ministry. We still look for a company of hot hearts who will partner with us. The waiting is tough but it is our call.

Please pray for stamina, for endurance, for encouragement and miracles .. and we ask you to consider helping by being a monthly supporter. We have precious friends who have been giving month by month for years now. They are amazing people.We have endless appreciation of these good people. But their offerings (because of the small number who give - yet kindly give) is not even enough to pay for our basic needs.  

We know there will be a day when church funds the priorities of the Holy Spirit's desire. Not just for what can be seen as worthy or valid from a human perspective. I believe that God will connect us to Joseph's that aid God's purposes in the times of greatest need and who because of love and Christ likeness open up the bank vaults of heaven and channel resources in beautiful and powerful ways.

All we have left is prayer and indeed that is the electricity that we started with and is the bread and butter of our vision. So God we cry - for blessing and help particularly at this time. We know you are a God of surprise and vindication. Give us wisdom above all. And cause us to keep going with our hands firmly in yours.
